ACCESS STATEMENT

We hope the information below will ensure you enjoy your visit with us regardless of whether your life is affected in someway by a medical condition, disability, impairment or specific learning difficulty. 

• The dinning room is on the ground floor. Menus can be provided in large print and braille by arrangement. 

• Our private car park is right next to the building and assistance with luggage is always available.

• Mobile phone reception is good for Vodaphone and Orange networks. A public telephone is available in our downstairs public area. 

• Pontypool town is approximately 2 miles away where the hire of wheelchairs is available. 

• A local bus runs every 2 hours from outside the door. A reliable taxi service is available and we are happy to book your requirements.

• The nearest train station is Pontypool which is 10 minutes away by car, and Cwmbran, which is approximately 20 minutes away.

• All of our accommodation is on the first floor, hand rails are on both sides of the staircase.

• We have closed our bar on the ground floor to make way for disabled accommodation. While we regret that these rooms are not presently available, we hope to offer them in the near future.
